See, I couldn’t bring myself to kill a mammal either, but I think the difference is that if I didn’t want to do part of what my job required of me, I’d quit instead of staying and crying about it.

The thing is when you get this job, in the interview they tell you that is part of the job. I don’t really know how they can make it any clearer. And if you’re going to make me do it at least thank me.
And I would respect you for quitting instead of making a scene and passing off work to someone else.
